We had a dead raccoon that was stinking up the entire house. Mahamat quickly and efficiently located the animal and had to crawl nearly 15 ft under the house to retrieve it. I can’t recommend his services more highly. He was extremely personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Anyone with an animal issue should be reaching out to K5.

We had a squirrel in between two floors of our house. We couldn't find an entry point. They came in, found that they were entering from our neighbors side of the house. He put in a one way door, and the following week came by to check on everything. We have had no issues since. The best part was that he provided pictures throughout the process to illustrate what was being done.

We found two raccoons in our attic on the Saturday evening of a long weekend. Given the situation, we were sure it was going to be at least a few days until we could find someone to help us with our problem.

I managed to get in touch with Mahamat early Sunday morning and right from the first conversation he was courteous and professional. Within only a few hours, he was on the scene to investigate.

After surveying the area, he proposed we install a one way door that would enable to raccoons to leave, but not get back in. His thorough explanation of the process left us certain that the solution would work.

Today he came to remove the one way door and confirmed that the pair was successfully evicted. Thank you Mahamat!

Mahamat is a real pro. He knows his critters (Red Squirrel in this case), how to remove them and then secure your home. It took a few visits but we are extremely pleased with the quality of his work but more importantly the result. Thank you Mahamat!

I contacted Mahamat suspecting that both mice and squirrels had invaded our attic space. Following a thorough inspection of the attic and exterior walls, Mahamat confirmed back evidence that we had no squirrels but rather bats, as well as the mice. He wrote up a detailed estimate outlining his recommendations and was very receptive to accommodating my concerns within my planned budget. He sealed a number of areas around the soffit and the brick facade, as well as installing various one-way exit doors for both the mice and the bats. He was very diligent and methodical in tackling the job and will be returning to remove the one-way doors within 6 - 8 weeks.
In summary, I found Mahamat to be very professional, conscientious and polite and would not hesitate to recommend him for a job well done.
