Chris did a great job fixing some pot lights and fixing our outdoor lighting. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use Chris again for a variety of electrical projects.

I needed help with a simple switch installation. I sent an email to Encore and Chris responded the same day. We arranged a time and a quote for the work. He arrived right on time, worked very quickly, charged me exactly what he had quoted, and was very friendly and helpfully explained what he had done etc. I would have no reservation recommending Chris to friends and will definitely call him the next time I need any electrical work done.

I asked him to fix electrical outlet and it was A clean job. Definitely, I will hire him for future electrical job.

Chris is a well rounded person and electrician. He is efficient and his work is excellent. I have had him do several jobs around the house and have been very pleased each time. His costs are reasonable and his quotes accurate. Already planning the next upgrade at the house for Chris to take care of!

Chris was a professional through and through. He knew exactly what the problem was with the garage wiring within minutes (wasn't properly grounded) and suggested multiple possible fixes. We went with a more basic approach and he did the job quickly and efficiently while asking permission for any hole he had to cut or drill.
He also setup a wired doorbell on a porch-turned-mudroom the same day. Couldn't be happier with the work — I'll be using Chris again the next time I need an electrician.

I was searching for a professional who could install ventilation fans in the washrooms of my old bungalow home (complete install and not a retrofit). I had called few people before I hired Chris and no one was able to give me a fixed quote over the phone and had lot of hidden cost or I should say bad gouging practice. Chris took the time to come to my home around 8:30 pm, despite his busy schedule. Chris explained the job and within couple of hours he sent me a quote by email that was very clear with no hidden cost and a very reasonable price. Chris installed the fans with patience and did not damage the drywall or made a mess. Chris went into my attic and did all the wiring and installation very professionally. I would highly recommend Chris because of his honesty and integrity.

Chris was excellent. First, he always responded to emails promptly and he showed up on time for our appointment. He was friendly and easy to talk with and explained his work in an easy to understand manner. He was very respectful of our property, handled things that needed to be moved (e.g. pictures on wall) with great care, and he cleaned up his work areas afterward. I couldn't be happier with Encore's work. They arrived exactly on time, replaced the fixtures, cleaned up and removed the old fixtures. The cost seemed very fair. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
