The guy was extremely courteous, pleasant and willingly to help and did not demand that I had to have a contract with his company, before he would even talk with me.

He answered all my questions and explained how to minimize the pest’s main source of food, sprayed my place, explained what to expect, and timing of remediation, which put my mind at ease.
