The Customer service from Brad was exceptional and his knowledge and advice were fantastic. Chris and the crew did a fantastic job in all facets of the work and QC of the work done after. Brad and his company were awesome. This company came recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Brad put together a very clear quote with different levels of roofing material and extended roof warranty. The crew that did the roof installation was very professional, did a great job, and left the property very clean. A company rep even came back a few days later to install some downspouts on the roof and to add some additional caulking after the final quality control inspection. Even now, months after the installation Brad sent a crew out to quickly fix some cap/peak shingles that came off the roof during the winter squall winds we had. Brad responded within 30 seconds after I sent my email asking what could be done about the shingles that came loose. That really impressed me. I would definitely recommend Save-on-Roofing.

Completely unprofessional. Despite **multiple** inquiries from us as to when the company would finally do the roof installation, we could not get an answer out of them as to a date for completion. Then when the roof finally was installed, they began harassing us ONE day after completion with numerous e-mails and phone calls to bill collect. They have called/message more than SEVEN times within 6 business days... with absolutely no justification for such harassment. And they did the EXACT same harassment last year when we had another roof completed (and unfortunately had forgotten how rude the company behaved after the job was completed). If you like extremely aggressive **bill collectors** within days of a job being completed, then this is the roofing company for you.

Brad prepared a clearly-priced quote with different levels of roofing material, was friendly and quick to reply with follow-up information when requested. The installation team was friendly, professional, and fast. The clean-up was excellent. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Potential clients please hear me out why you should consider them. Before choosing a new roof I've watched most YouTube videos and read most of the technical documents on shingle technology. Firstly, their price is competitive with all the established roofers with 10 or more years of operational experience. Secondly, they have preferred contractor status with Owens so that we are covered by both contractor and manufacturer for both parts and labor for 50 years each. 3rd, they wouldn't take our money until absolutely everything was completed. This is far and away not the usual practice with tradesman today. They hire very courteous and skilled professionals to get the job done right. Thank you Save-On-Roofing for installing our new Owens Corning roof. We are very satisfied with the installation and will give regular update to this review to readers as to how the roof is doing over time as a testament to Save On Roofing workmanship and Owens Corning duration shingle quality.
