Our kitchen turned out great. Me and my partner invisiouned this clean, polished look for our kitchen area, and Narges got it to a T. Installation was really fast and way less messy than we expected, the quality of the cabinets is great. Overall excellent experience, we can't stop prasing them to our friends!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new home renovation. Kitchen and bath went above and beyond to make this (potentially) challenging process simple and pain free. We experienced unexpected delays on site due to city structure permits and K&B worked closely with us to ensure that our project was completed on time. Their skilled trades were respectful, accountable and kind. We enjoyed welcoming them all into our home. The design/colour selection process was streamlined and offered many options for us to choose from. Thank you K&B for creating our dream home. I renovated my basement's kitchen with these guys, they did a wonderful job. Very professional and tidy, and most importantly they work they did was high quality. Kudos to Tiana for a beautiful design, she helped me to pick a perfect marble countertop to match the cabinets. When I'll be doing home renos in the future I'll definitely hire them again.

Narges, an amazing designer, knows kitchens. My detailed kosher kitchen was built with attention to detail and lots of room for everything. I hired Kitchen & Bath to renovate the kitchen and bathroom in my condo (1970s vintage). Initially, things started out pretty well. Narges was helpful with the design, and helped me make good choices for materials. When Amir came to do the measurements, he answered my questions carefully. He offered some great suggestions about features I hadn't considered.

And then the wheels fell off.

Demolition began in October. I had been warned that it would be 3-4 weeks before the cabinetry was ready, but aside from reminders about when payments were due, it was really hard to get information on the progress of the work. It seems to me that the only time progress was made was when I complained.

When my sister had extensive renovations done to her 3,000 square foot home, there was a crew in her house every day for three weeks.

Communication was abysmally bad. A payment schedule was delivered very quickly, but a project plan? Never, despite my frequent requests for one. I promised my flooring contractor a week of advanced notice so that he could do the kitchen floor. We were given two days' notice. Elevators are to be booked in advance (there are several other owners in my building doing renovations), but workers showed up either late or with nothing booked. This is an inconvenience to other residents and service providers, and a poor reflection on me as a neighbour.

When installing the sink in the kitchen, they caused damage to my neighbour's plumbing. I finally convinced them to go have a look - the owner of the unit was told "We'll be back in a couple of days". Weeks later - nothing. I also had a small flood one evening after the work began on the bathroom. Thank goodness I was home at the time!

Only after I posted a negative review here did my concerns begin to be taken seriously. The original project manager disappeared, and Amir took over the final weeks of the project. At our deficiencies walk through, Amir found a number of errors and omissions - I respected that. But I still had to remind them to finish picking up construction garbage.

So far, I'm happy with how things look, but I can't help but wonder what things are going to break. This was a very disappointing project.

We love our kitchen! Professional company right from the start with Sofien coming out to meet us and giving us a quote, designing and giving us a written contract. Not dissapointed we chose them. Some glitches along the way with scheduling and about a week past contract date, but their customer service was impeccable. Everything was rectified to our satisfaction. We have received many compliments. Thanks Sofien, Dan and Shawn for our beautiful kitchen!

Worked with the team at Kitchen and Bath to complete an ensuite full reno at my parents house. I was very happy with the design process and initial project start.

The main concern was adherence to the timelines. What was originally a 4 week project turned i to 6 weeks. It could easily have been done in 3 weeks, but due to them being very busy, trades were not always available.

A better process for Project Management would have been helpful. Having it all communicated up front in terms of the weekly activity was needed.

Workmanship was excellent, very happy with the end result. If they could have kept to the timelines, it would have been a perfect experience.

They offer a lifetime warranty on all parts, which is great to have.

Kitchen & Bath Inc has a Team of well organized, professional people, all skilled in whatever they do. The contract itself was very detailed and easy to understand. For this job we obtained 3 other quotes for the 2 bathroom renovations and by far Kitchen & Bath was the most detailed, easiest to understand, and most competitive pricing we received. And, the pricing/costs we agreed to in the beginning, was the exact pricing we paid in the end - to the penny.

All trades people showed up when they said they would, and were well skilled in whatever they did. They were all organized and tidy as they worked, and were at all times polite and courteous to the homeowners. Even the 2 people who initially demolished our 2 old bathrooms, which is probably the messiest, and dirtiest jobs of all, were clean, well organized, and polite at all times.

Communication with the Project Manager and any of the other Support Team members was always within reasonable times, and done always with a positive and friendly attitude. They were always professional and fair with us, and we responded in kind.

We would definitely recommend Kitchen & Bath Inc without any hesitation.
