John did an amazing job with my small project of installing a dog gate. He was responsive to all of my requirements and completed the work quickly. The total cost was significantly lower then expected when compared to the ridiculous prices ($1000 and more) I was getting with other contractors. The quality of the build is exceptional. John was professional, courteous and honest. Due to covid, there was a shortage of materials. He was very honest and realistic with timelines.
The work was done diligently and professionally. They even cleaned up and put our planters/decorations back which was such a pleasant surprise!

After a long delay due to material shortage from the States, John showed up tonight. He kept me posted on what was happening throughout the shipping delays. That's rare. Usually you don't hear anything. When he showed up, I was thinking 'there's no way you're going to get this done tonight before it gets dark!' I was stunned. It was fast. John was an absolute pleasure to work with - I really liked his speedy communication and always got back to me with answers when I had questions about the job.
I hired him to do the railings for my parents house, he installed everything and was done quickly, railings are great quality, and most importantly, he has excellent workman-ship. Needless to say my parents are sooo very happy, and their entrance to the house looks unbeliveable.
