I had Larry come out from Shoulda got us to do our backsplash. The work he did was very exceptional his knowledge and the quality of work was beyond belief from start to finish. Larry made you feel comfortable it was so easy, gone and very pleasant to talk to. My wife and I sat down with Larry and went over the job a week prior we felt so at ease with him he went over what he was going to do and the time it would take to do it. When Larry showed up he did exactly everything he said he was going to do he laid runners on the floor for him walking in and out he hung plastic up and on the counter. His attention to detail and cleanup was very efficient. When Larry was done we sat down and we chatted. The experience that he has is incredible. If youre looking for somebody to a job for you, I would suggest calling Larry at shouldve got us and have him come out his work is truly 10* plus

Larry made me feel comfortable from the first phone call, he came to visit and look at the areas of concern, after some thought he came up with a plan. After our conversation we hired his company. When he showed up to start work, he showed up on time, he and his team had the upmost respect for our house, they minimized the mess as much as possible and when completed a few days later cleaned up. I can not talk higher of Larry, he's honest, does not oversell and performs quality work at a very reasonable price. If you are looking to have a project completed.... stop looking around and hire Should'a got us, I guarantee Larry will not disappoint

So far, so good with the foundation repair. Came on time, cost was reasonable, furniture assembly done efficiently . Very nice people.

During his time at our house- he arrived promptly, worked diligently and kept a tidy workspace. He was a very easy going guy and we enjoyed our time with him. In 2020 Larry did a fantastic job of installing a new set of kitchen appliances. In 2021 he brought a team to rebuild the foundation of our summer house. In July this year, we were very happy that he had time to set up a new water heater. His work is always excellent; he makes sure that every detail is taken care of. Before he starts, he explains exactly what hes going to do, how long it will take, and how much his work is going to cost. When he needs to order something like a water heater he gives you the actual bill so you can see how much it really cost. Unlike other contractors, he does not add any mark-up. You sort of hate to give Larry another great review, even though he deserves it, because he will just be even busier but worth the wait. We wish there were more contactors out there like Larry who are trustworthy and do great work every time. We give Larry another 10 out of 10!

We needed to rebuild the deck at my moms house and invited a few different companies to quote on the project. Everyone who responded was very professional however the range of variance in the quotes was incredible.

The one quote that stood out was the response we received from Larry at Shoulda Got Us. Larry was super friendly, knowledgeable and completely transparent. He provided a quote in the Labour and told us that the cost of the materials would be based on what it would cost to purchase them on the day he would go to buy the materials (as lumber can fluctuate daily these days) - with ZERO mark up!

Larry explained exactly what he was doing over every step if the process and made additional recommendations as well (with no pressure to have to accept them) which were all bang on and accepted.

The end result was a gorgeous, well built and visually appealing new deck. All done in the estimated time and quoted budget without any snags or hiccups and nothing but courtesy and professionalism throughout the entire project. And some pretty funny jokes and stories along
the way.

We HIGHLY recommend Shoulda Got Us and have nothing but great things to say about Larry and his partner Devon - awesome crew and will be using them 100% on a few projects we have planned for our new home over the course of the next year.

Fantastic workmanship. So glad my son found them. My deck looks amazing. Larry and Devin were a pleasure to deal with. Such gentleman and Larry has such a great sense of humor. Any other work I need done I will call them in a heart beat..

With a 50 yr old house the exterior doors were very drafty. The original doors and the screen doors were fitted with new door sweeps and weather stripping. The results are fantastic. No drafts! I would definitely recommend this company and will use their services again in the future.
