Do NOT hire Steve for any Jobs...I hired him a couple of times and he was fine. He then turned into a very nasty individual and almost destroyed my entire cooling system in my home. It constantly leaks water and this never happened before he entered my home. Of course he offered a costly solution. When I had another company come in for a second opinion they said that someone deliberately messed up my system likely to try and up sell me.
I think it is very important that people know who they allow into their home....
Steve is terrible at his job. I caught him on camera sitting next to my air conditioner looking at his phone for over an hour and billing me for "emergency services" it was after 1am and he said my AC was not accepting the fluids and he had to monitor it.....he literally sat next to my AC outside for over 1.5 hours looking at his phone (I guess he didnt see my camera)
When I called him out on it he went irate and freaked out on me with all these nasty words.. In my line of work as a home flipper I am constantly dealing with hundreds of trades and have NEVER encountered someone like this. I researched him online and found some other terrible things about him. Save yourself a headache and just book someone else
