We did a full interior renovation with some exterior. Claudio and his team are very professional, patient, accommodating, knowledgable and skilled. Claudio has good ideas and is willing to go the extra mile to please his customer, he was a pleasure to work with. He is a man of his word which in that business is not that easy to find. I fully trust Claudio and Canary Construction with my home and we are looking forward to renovating the exterior grounds next (of course only with Canary).

The work completed was good quality and met our expectations. We appreciated the communication and timeliness of the project completion. Workers were courteous, and workmanship good. We would have liked a bit more guidance and suggestions and support for design and fixture, tiles etc, selection, but overall we were very happy.

The team form Canary were great. Very skilled in many areas. I am very pleased with the results.

We had a new high tech electric toilet installed in our bathroom, which required electric work, plumbing and finishing work. The job was done very quickly and professionally. The work area was kept clean to my standards. All our concerns were addressed in a courteous and timely manner. We are extremely happy with the work.

Canary Construction installed new window wells for a set of basement windows. The previous window wells were not adequate and needed to be fixed before winter froze the ground completely. This required significant digging / waterproofing. The team was very professional/ the quality of work was top notch. They completed the job well with in the time and cost estimate provided. They also took extreme care to care for my neighbor's property that they had to use. Thank you Canary great job !!!! I would highly recommend them

Canary Construction completely redid our basement including, a living space, storage areas, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a laundry room. Many of the areas in the basement were original to the house so we also had new studs, insulation, and vapor barrier installed. Claudio was very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding on the overall design and executing the work. I am very happy with the quality of the work done - especially the tile in the bathroom. He also arranged for a lot of the DIY plumbing and electrical that had been done in the past to be cleaned up and corrected.
Overall I'm happy and would absolutely have Canary Construction do work for me again.

Claudio and his crew did a great job with our complete second floor renovation.
We took down two washrooms, new hardwood floors throughout, 2 new closets and a large walk-in closet.
His team arrived early every day and waited for us to let them start their day. The crew cleaned up each night so that we were able to stay in the house throughout the project. The workmanship was very good and has been admired by other trades people.
Claudio is a thoughtful person who really wants to get the job done properly.
Have already recommended him to others looking to renovate and/or rebuild.
