We moved into our condo 15 month ago. The condo was built in 2002. The original builders was to wall mirrors and the medicine cabinet mirrors showed multiple areas of black on the periphery.
We chose to frame the mirror which would cover the black patches. The end result looks very good and the frames chose match the decor.
