Acp Appliance Repairs

I called on a Sunday re fridge not working. They answered immediately and set up an ASAP appointment. Steve was the technician appointed to us and he called to ask about the type and make of the fridge so that he could bring correct rools tools and parts etc. He arrived on time and fixed the fridge in under 2 hours leaving no mess even though he had to empty the fridge. He was able to fix it at the first visit because he had all the correct parts. He also noticed another problem and showed it to me & explained why it mattered and offered to fix it too. He came back a second time with the part required to fix this extra problem - again on time. He explained all problems clearly to me as he went along and didn’t talk down to me. He was transparent about costing and got my approval for any costs in advance. There were no hidden charges and the cost of the initial home visit & assessment was deducted from the repair fee instead of being added to it. Steve was friendly, informative, knowledgeable and efficient and left our kitchen looking as clean as it was it was before he arrived. I’m 60 and have never had such an excellent experience with any home service before so I would recommend them as a 10 out of 10 company.
