We had Dream Kitchen reno our kitchen in early 2023. George and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish.

I have worked with several highly-rated companies on Homestars, and George was on the higher end of even that list. Here are just a few of the things that made him special:

1) Reasonable prices. We never felt like George was gouging even after we were mid-project.
2) Schedule organization. George was on top of the schedule throughout the entire project, and everything went just as he said it would.
3) Availability and interaction. George was always available to talk through questions or issues. He was always friendly and easy going as well.
4) Handling issues. There were hiccups along the way (as usual with any project this size), but he always reacted and dealt with them quickly and in good faith.

Given it is an old house, we have encountered some unexpected challenges and have had to amend the original scope, which included a main floor (kitchen, bathroom, flooring) and a partial basement (bathroom and flooring) renovation. My wife and I have dreamt to renovate our kitchen, which was well overdue, for quite some time. Unfortunately, Covid struck and the pandemic wreaked havoc on material pricing, and supply chain and we thought we would have to put it off again.

Luckily for us, we were recommended Dream Kitchen by a family friend and thats exactly what they did built a dream kitchen.

From our introduction and first meeting to the project management and timeline in its entirety I was very impressed with how organized and efficient George and the entire team were. They were within a couple days of the original quoted time frame, and were in constant communication throughout each phase which made planning around the project seamless.

The one thing that I have to point out is how transparent they were when it came to materials and pricing; in some instances I had to double and triple check that the correct materials were being quoted, because their pricing was much better than some of like-for-like quotes we received, but better material. A little leery that the labour may not be up to par, but they definitely did not disappoint.

We had a couple instances where we had to get creative with the design for the Center island due to plumbing restrictions but the team was more patient and accommodating while we evaluated all options.

Everything came out exactly as we had envisioned the craftsmanship and attention to detail really gave it that cut above feeling.

Waking up and making coffee is a treat now. We have a full purpose modern kitchen that doubles as a great space for entertaining and we were able to accomplish this dream a little under budget.

This is now the second time we've hired George and Dream Kitchen Home and Design to take on one of our projects. The kitchen that we received from the builder was cheap and falling apart including our butlers pantry so me and the missus decided it needed a overhaul. This man is a gem and exceptional in his expertise and workmanship not to mention his rates! Me and my wife were quoted around 72600 for the exact same project (full kitchen remodel) and he was able to come almost 20k under and blow it out of the park. We're are so happy with the end result and me and my family kitcheb for years to come! He was fast, efficient and clean let me tell you my wife was thrilled with the lack of post clean up required, not to mention shes is enthralled with the waterfall island counter top So thanks again George for giving us the ability to enjoy our new kitchen and bring our vision to life!

George and his team delivered quality delivery under my budget at an astonishing $63,000.00 (saving me a beautiful $7,000.00 for a vacation!).
