Great team - Mark & Lisa - did great work!!! They responded quickly to HomeStar request, and scheduled an appoinment right away!
They were friendly and professional & cleaned & sanitized the ducts of our 2 furnace house efficiently. Highly recommend!!!!

We had not had our ducts cleaned previously and was researching potential companies. Mark was highly responsive, answered all questions and I was able to book immediately. He and Lisa worked diligently and were very professional. He took the time to explain the steps they took to clean the ducts and our home feels fresher as a result. They arrived on time, left our place clean and even changed the air filter and took the garbage with them to dispose. Highly recommend. Including a before and after photo.

Mark, and I believe Lisa, handled our cleaning last week. Since then our homes air quality has been noticeably improved.

Our home is quite old (built approximately 1915 apparently) and has been neglected by the previous owners for about 10-15 years, so basically everything needs attention. They were pet owners too, which just adds to our cleaning.

We had to go with the Silver Package due to our budget but we'll definitely be in touch in a couple years for the full package. The work they did was very thorough on our vents and when I explained a problem area within our air return (see photos) they made sure to concentrate their efforts to clear it of all debris. It took a couple attempts at clearing the vent because of the wires that had accumulated the pet hair and everything else but they were able to get it.

I look and review several duct cleaning services, but when I called duct cleaning pro I was pleased with the servicer offered. Mark and Lisa came on time and without asking they removed there shoes thats respectful they did a great job I would definitely recommend their services.

Mark did a great job in cleaning our ducts. He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing, patiently answered my questions and was in and out in just under 2 hours. This company are the PROs of duct cleaning. I highly recommend them.

Mark was great. He kept in touch prior to the time that had been arranged to ensure that there were no changes. He arrived when he said he would. Mark explained the process to us and then got to work. Our place had just undergone renovations and the ducts needed a thorough cleaning.
