Mark and Anna were complete professionals!
They were very gracious when I had to reschedule twice.
They arrived on time, were polite and friendly!
I had had my ducts cleaned before (or so I thought) so initially I thought the quote was high. But Mark came highly recommended so I booked him anyway. Thank goodness I did.
He showed me that my ducts had never been cleaned properly. He showed me pictures as he took them to show me how dirty they were. The previous company never even looked at our return vents at all let alone open and clean them.
All the vents in each room were vacuumed and sanitized (the previous company hadn't done that). And Mark cleaned our bathroom fans as well. He stayed longer than anticipated due to the condition of our system and did the extra work instead of cutting off the appt. He wanted me to have a proper and complete job.
We hired the cheap guys before and we got a job half done. Just pay the right people to do the job right!
Mark and Anna did a stellar job and I tell everyone about them, for real.
