Mike and his team did an excellent job on my spiral staircase at main floor (hardwood) and a staircase at basement (vinyl). Mike is experienced and knowledgeable, at initial visit, he suggested multiple options to proceed the two projects, including some that his company does not offer. I went with Mike’s company for the professionalism, flexibility, fair price and honesty after consulting around 10 companies in GTA. In the progress of these projects, I see additional merits with my pick: Johnny and Mike are very detail-oriented, they treated the work as masterpiece of art and made sure that the stairs were done to a much higher standard than my own. Mike did not promise to kill squeaky noise of my staircase, but they made the right diagnosis and fixed it - the noise is now gone. Mike was very patient with my indecisiveness and lack of vision, the color he picked for my stairs fits my taste perfectly. In addition, there was no shortage of effort to ensure spotless staining and coating; they also helped around my home to fix floor deficiencies, etc. The services far exceeded my expectations.
