This company had very quick customer response: we were able to book an apt for squirrel problem in our chimney within days of our call. They came at the appointed time and were very helpful in assessing the situation in our chimney. They even gave further recommendations past the job that they were there to do...things that we wouldn't have known about without them. They took pictures and explained what was happening on our roof . Very helpful

Eco Wildlife Control was prompt in addressing our concern and took the time to narrow down and isolate the problem; squirrels in the roof. Alex installed a one-way squirrel gate to allow them to safely leave, but not able to return. Alex is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and stands behind his work, providing us with a five year warranty. I would definitely recommend Eco Wildlife Control.

Was an absolute pleasure working with the Complete Wildlife Control team and I would highly recommend their service to anyone who wants a humane way to deal with a pest problem. Polite and very friendly from start to finish. I had them come to deal with some sparrows that had nested in my roofing and they dealt with the issue no problem and even threw in a quick quote of paint on the window frame for good measure! 10/10 would use their service in the future.

The technician who came by was very polite, friendly, patient and a happy man. He took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly and with visuals, even what we did not ask him about. He always informed us what he was about to do before carrying out his work. He also took photos of what he saw after inspecting the entry point on the roof, and gave us very useful advice on what additional services he can do for us that would be beneficial without forcing the decision on us. In addition to this, he took a video of what he did before and after, as well as forward it to us via email. He also took the initiative to confirm that we have received everything we needed before leaving –the written guarantee document, the video and the photo of his work and reviewed them briefly with us at least once. He let us know more than once the next steps and answered any questions we had. Overall, we really appreciate the help we received from Eco Wildlife Inc and would highly recommend them to others.

All Alex did was set up a cage with a can of tuna inside it. It literally took no more than 15 minutes. The trap never caught a racoon, but because the dilapidated animal trap was dysfunctional, the racoon enjoyed a complimentary tuna meal and was never caught. When I called to have the company come to collect the trap, they never came and subsequently never even responded. It's of no surprise considering they essentially walked away with the $560 they charged me for a can of tuna and a broken animal trap!!

BE FOREWARNED - Company policy states that you pay the fee whether the animal is caught or not.

Their contract also states that they will return within 7 days to remove the trap. (Clearly they don't honour this part of the contract when they provide you with a useless/broken trap that they are willing to leave behind).

I have never felt so violated from a 'service' in my life.

Alex was very helpful on the phone and put forward numerous options and the cost implications for each. He attended the house promptly to help with removing a raccoon from out porch ceiling. The protective measures were installed over a short period of time and all my questions were answered in a professional manner. I’d highly recommend this company.

Alex came back to install wire covers for my other roof vents. It's worth the additional cost as I witness it myself that the squirrel tried to get into my other vents. Alex came back until the squirrel was gone from my attic.
