Needed an inside floor drain to deal with excessive water that melted from two cars - especially an issue in the winter. Gaetano offered an effective solution, and explained thoroughly what was needed. I also like how he gave me options, and then explained the pros and cons of each. It is hard to find a contractor who (1) can communicate effectively, and (2) has the patience to communicate and educate the customer. He wanted to me to make sure I felt comfortable with the recommendation and the work that had to be done. I was able to finish my Epoxy flooring after his excellent installation of the drain.
