We needed drywall patching and texture work done, after an extensive poly-B plumbing removal and replacement project. Max and his team were able to work on a tight timeline and got the job done professionally and on time. Excellent work and great cleanup afterward. Pricing was fair and when appropriate Max helped us make some smart decisions to save some cost (but not at the expense of quality work). Great job! Would recommend this team to anyone needing drywall and texture work.

We had MKZ fix the holes from our PolyB replacement job, and while they were at it we had them retexture our ceiling (level 5 flat) in several rooms in our house. I was first impressed that Max came to the house very quickly and provided a quote within a couple days. The quote was professionally laid out with a few options we had asked about. Max also made sure his guys were on time and notifying us when they were to arrive.
What made me the most impressed with MKZ was Big Max, who came to do the mudding and taping, and flattening the ceiling. He has a high quality standard and would meticulous work toward the best outcome for us, without my having to review, which I really appreciated. Big Max is also such a nice person, who was a pleasure to have around, and thats saying a lot when youre living through retexturing your kitchen. He was at our place with a weekend in between and made sure he left us in a livable state over the weekend.

We have used MKZ for other jobs and found them very consistent and professional. The guys he has working for him are polite and also very good at what they do. As a contractor I highly recommend them and if you're doing your own renovations getting the drywall done right will make the rest of your job much easier! These guys are clean, and drywall can be the dirtiest part of any reno project for sure.

Due to an injury could not complete drywall mudding on basement project. Reached out to MKZ and received lowest quote to complete my mudding and taping throughout stairway as well ceiling paint and apply knockdown to entire basement. Stated I had short window as carpet was coming within two weeks. MKZ was on time and finished with time to spare before my carpet installation. Great price and timely repair. Couldn't be happier

Hired MKZ for part of our basement development project: Sound proofing consisting of insulation and resilient channel bars, and then drywall throughout. I replaced the popcorn ceiling on the main level of my bungalow with a level 5 flat finish. When I first reached out to Max he was very quick to respond and set up our initial consultation. During our initial meeting, Max reviewed the house, gave me a breakdown of each step of the process and answered all my questions. MKZ installed drywall on garage ceiling >12ft high including fire taping of all drywall. They were fast to respond with a quote and managed to fit the job in within a short time frame. Max was responsive throughout the project and was completed to a high quality. Would recommend MKZ for all drywall projects!

MKZ did a great job on our basement drywall. Being my first experience with this stage of basement development, Max was very helpful in explaining things to me and keeping me informed along the way. He was effective in communicating what was happening and when. Max was easy to reach via email, text or phone every step of the way. This made things smooth in planning and arranging for workers to be at our house at times that worked for us. The crew were good at what they did and we are pleased with the result. MKZ came in on short notice to patch my drywall walls and ceilings for a Poly B replacement and retextured the ceiling where we had to patch. Also repainted all the textured ceilings in the house.

The work was clean and on schedule. If there were any questions or concerns I was called on the spot to ensure it was done to what was expected.

The owner was away on holidays while some of the work was being completed but made sure he stayed in contact to ensure everything went seamlessly.

Personally came and inspected the work when it was completed to make sure it was done to his standard.
