Evgeny of 911 Appliance Repair Services, came as advertised. He was most professional, knowledgeable, and respectful towards my home and appliances. When I called him and told him what my problem was with my wall oven, he ordered the part, and told me he would contact me once the part was in, and would then schedule a time to come and replace the part. That is exactly what he in fact did. He kept me up to date re process of part being ordered, and texted me when he would be at my home. He was patient and made sure my wall oven was functioning perfectly before he left. Knowledgeable and respectful service people are hard to find....Evgeny is one of the few!

Evgeny scheduled his visit for the same day as my call. He diagnosed and fixed our bad condenser right away. The next day, everything was cold, but the ice maker no longer worked. I texted Evgeny, who called almost immediately and talked me through the fix--the internal power cable had come loose. We were very pleased and impressed.

Came on time and very professional. Explained everything he did along the repair and how to avoid the failure again.

Evgeny showed up at my house within 30 minutes of first call. He was able to replace all the necessary parts right away. I will continue to use his service and recommend him to friends and family.

Evgeny is fantastic! I've used him a couple times now for appliance repairs. He's always fair, on time, never leaves any garbage or anything behind, and fully transparent with what he's doing. He's a true pro.

Something... funky... happened with our gas oven, and Evgeny came over the next day to have a look. He confirmed that not only had we broken our igniter, but also the gas tube. It took a few weeks to get parts (sigh, Covid), but Evgeny's service was very quick and professional. He took time to explain what had gone wrong and what he did, as well as tested thoroughly to make sure the oven was working properly after the repair. Would definitely recommend him.
