Great quick service from Evgeny. Fixed the waterline to our ice maker/water filter. I called in the morning and made an appointment for that afternoon. He was able to fix it the same day!

Evgeny responded quickly to my request, arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and stove quickly and repaired them. He was very thorough and professional, explaining to me exactly what was wrong and how he was fixing it. With my dishwasher, he diagnosed the leak and did such a thorough cleaning of the unit that it's working better now than it has in years. I was really happy with his service.

My dishwasher door wouldn’t close properly. I found 911 Appliance Repair Service on Homestars and spoke with Evgeny, who came to my house the very same day. He showed great care and persistence in solving the problem, and now the door functions properly again. Evgeny was fantastic. He quickly responded to my request for a quote and was onsite the next day. He was professional and very knowledgable asking lots of questions to help isolate the issue prior to seeing the dishwasher.

He was able to eliminate the need for replacement parts and repairs by confirming the issue was a blockage in the water line.

He corrected the problem and even notified me of a potential plumbing issue unrelated to the dishwasher.

I’m very pleased with the service. My 6 year old rangetop stopped functioning.Evgeny came out and fixed my stove for a fraction of the price of replacing the range.
Now it works like new.

I needed a person to fix the leak in the dishwasher. I sent a video to Evgeny he diagonosed the problem, ordered the part and showed up on time to the house.
The machine was fixed within an hour and restore to good working condition.
It was a 10/10 experience.
