Vittuci Electric was contracted to update the lighting and electrical outlets as part of our recent kitchen reno. Normally I look for contractors through Homestars, however Rocco and team were recommended by the contractor re-doing our kitchen floor (JBG Tiling – a Homestars pick). What a pleasant surprise.

As part of our renovation, we had opted for pot lights and a couple of pendant lights for overhead lighting, undermount cabinet puck lights for counter lighting and in-cabinet puck lights for the coffee bar cabinets. Existing outlets were used, as well as new outlets for 20-amp service and new circuits for our over-the-range microwave and beverage fridge.
Since we weren’t using an all-in-one kitchen reno company, I had to coordinate the activities of each trade as well as figure out who does what and when. Rocco was great to deal with in terms of his communication and in sharing his experience with other renovations. I removed an existing bulkhead in the kitchen in preparation for the new cabinets and took on the responsibility of repositioning some existing builder wiring and Rocco was helpful in ensuring my work would pass inspection. Both Lukas and Rocco were involved in our reno, and both are very professional, courteous and easy to work with.

While a die-hard DIYer, this was a bit too much for me and, as it was, even a couple of existing circuits wouldn’t have met today’s electrical code. With the professional work from Vittuci, all work has been ESA certified.

I hired Vitucci Electric for replacement of ppl d potlights to LED, timer switch install, wall scones install, bathroom fan install, and LED house number install. The team at this company was so professional, clean and organized. Rocco is absolutely a pleasure to work with explaining everything in detail, outlining all costs and following through on all quotes! Even when we ran into complications with a LED house number we bought elsewhere he was so creative in adapting to the challenge swiftly and coming up with the most seamless and aesthetically pleasing solution at the most reasonable cost. His team works very hard and gets everything done on time. We are so happy with our results it has made such an impact in upgrading the look of our house. When the lights in my basement stopped working, I reached out to several companies via homestars for quotes to troubleshoot. Rocco from Vitucci contacted me quickly back withe a reasonable rate and fast timing. He responded promptly to setting up a time and was always friendly and polite. His technician Lukas arrived on-time and well-equipped to find the problem. Lukas was also very friendly and polite, and he quickly found the problem and solved it. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be calling Vitucci again for future electrical problems or projects on my home.

I would like to take a couple of minutes to place this review because Rocco Vitucci the owner of the company left a lasting effect on me with his politeness and professionalism. His crew was on time and completed the work beautifully!

My spouse and I had purchased our first home and were able to get a home inspection. The home inspector flagged a potential issue with the electrical for the AC unit. Like a regular person, I let this slide for a bit as we haven't required our AC. However, the temperature is quickly turning from spring to mid summer in a week! So, I put out the request for a panel box inspection and received a few replies, but the very first (and I mean VERY first reply was 2 min after I submitted) was Vitucci Electric Inc. Rocco quickly asked what he could do to help. I read the reviews on HomStars and really liked those from Vitucci Electric Inc. Rocco was able to fit me in for an inspection the same day (thankful for cancellations). Lukas arrived at the agreed time, he was exceptionally polite and professional, went about the inspection and found a couple issues - incorrect wiring gauge for the breaker for the AC unit as well as the AC wiring not fully weatherproofed. Rocco was able to offer me a few options - based on budget - which was excellent. But I am a person who believes getting done right the first time is always worth it - and more cost effective in the long run. However the best part is the timing of the work. Given that summer basically showed up in a week and both Rocco and Lukas knew we were not going to turn on the AC until it was fixed, Rocco literally made room the next day to complete the job and pre-ordered all of the material to ensure it could be completed.

A few things to summarize - Vitucci Electric Inc is fantastic. Rocco and Lukas are very professional and keep very open lines of communication. I have 100% trust in total strangers (which is pretty odd for me). Both Rocco and Lukas are passionate and very knowledgeable about their craft - speak to them and you will find out. As for price they seemed reasonable to me - but again - you get what you pay for.

I was extremely happy that Rocco took the time to reach out to me within minutes from my Homestars request to locate multiple 1980's bathroom exhaust fans which nobody else was willing to source. He was prompt, fair and stuck to his word of what he promised which made this even more of a positive experience. From beginning to end, this was great customer service! Thank you so much!

It is a pleasure and so easy to give Vitucci Electric a 10/10. They completely deserve the praise they receive on this site. Ours was a significant renovation and we had complete confidence throughout the project in their ability to deliver for us. And boy, did they ever deliver. Our reno included revamping the basement, building a new home gym and bathroom, removing popcorn ceiling, and installing pot lights on two floors. We love how it turned out. Vitucci Electric is a HOME STAR! The whole experience from start to finish was great.

It started with Rocco’s timely and friendly reach out after I posted the proposed work. He was quick and helpful by asking and suggesting the appropriate options for our place. He even answered on Family Day (which I was even surprised, but goes to show you this businesses’ dedication to their client).

On the day, the team arrived earlier than scheduled and I conducted a walk through with Lukas. He is really an asset to Vitucci Electric. I was really impressed with Lukas’ demeanour and professionalism throughout.

His team (the two younger lads) showed real enthusiasm and helped with ensuring that the installation went well but also cleaned up everything and made sure to say hi to my son (who was curiously looking on).
