Contacted the Company about basement gym flooring. Spoke to Jeff and provided him a sketch of the area that we need covered. He suggested their Ultra-Link tile product and provided an invoice and approximate delivery date right away. Excellent customer service and will definitely recommend this Company to others. Jeff was very responsive with emails and provided some advice on my install as we went back and forth. Jeff offered to drop the product off right at my house which was an added bonus. I was also told that if I had ordered too much product Jeff would process return on it.

The committed date of delivering the product was more or less adhered two due to logistics issues but wasn't a problem for me.

I found the price (worked out to 3.50 a sq ft plus hst) slightly better than comparable products as well (such as rymar Rubber or fitness depot) and the product itself is good quality and each tile is more or less consistent with each other providing a good fit.

Adanac flooring changed my dingy garage floor into a great clean looking, durable gym floor. Jeff canned and did the work. He was knowledgeable of the product, arrived when he said he would, finished on schedule, and was great with follow-up. I couldn't have had better service from start to finish!

The product and service was fantastic. I had the flooring delivered the next day. No odour and easy to assemble. I have done a lot of shopping around and the price for product is as good as it gets.

When my wife and I wanted to begin building our home gym in the basement, we definitely wanted to have tough, easy-to-install, rubber flooring. Dealing with Jeff was an absolute breeze. He returns texts and/or calls very quickly and was patient with all our questions. When a shipment was delivered to the warehouse late, he offered to ship it free of charge, due to the inconvenience. Not only that, twice he personally delivered more tiles to our home when we expanded the gym...yes, he was traveling our way, but he offered the drop off option willingly. I contacted Jeff for some Ultra-Link flooring to help complete my garage gym. Jeff was able to get the product to me within 24 hours, all of the pieces went together easily and look great. The flooring is perfect for my garage gym and will be adding more as soon as I'm able to expand the gym.
