Quick and easy communication throughout. Ali kept us updated as to the status of our carpet order and came to install promptly after the order arrived (and did it in the rain, unfortunately!). The carpet looks great and he even nailed in some of the wood that was coming undone on the stairs. Price was extremely reasonable and disclosed upfront. Would not hesitate to hire again.
