Had a leak in my "Queens" bathroom shower, Wayne from H2O service came to my home to inspect and give his quote. I was very pleased to see that he was wearing a mask and that he took off his shoes when entering my home. They were very prompt and professional , showed me exactly what the issue was, where the leak was coming from. Repair was done a Few days later. Job well done. I discovered water in a puddle under my kitchen sink….next morning more water was there, obviously a leak.
Left a message on homestars for help and I was called immediately by Wayne at H2O services.
He asked me a few questions on the phone, gave me a diagnosis and a quote and came over at 2:00 ( on a Sunday, the same day I called.
He sawed a part off, replaced with a new piece and all fixed!!! Fast, professional and fair price. Excellent!

We needed a new plumbing and a floor drain. I obtained 3 quotes but Wayne was the most clear with the explanations and the rate was good. The work was done on time, the area was cleaned up and the quality of the finished work is excellent. Wayne brought along a couple of employees to help him with the work and they too were courteous and respectful. Wayne and his team were wonderful to work with. Great communication, punctual and polite. We had waterproofing done on our foundation. The work was done in an efficient manner with little disruption to our lives and our neighbours lives. Overall, great work!

I had the backwater valve installed by this company two years ago. Since then, they have inspected the functionality of the installed equipment. While doing this, Wayne patiently answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained the inspection process. Next time, I might even be able to do it myself.
