Falcon flooring and stairs

Mehmet did an excellent job on the Landing, Hallway, and 3 bedrooms of our townhome in port credit. His team arrived in the morning and had everything done by 4pm. I was thoroughly impressed by the speed at which they worked, and the craftsmanship they put into their work. It was clear that the team knows what they're doing, and have done it for many years. They take complete pride in the work they produce, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

This was a one day job. The guys were very efficient. No fuss service. It looks great.

We were so lucky to get Falcon Flooring and Stairs to replace the flooring in our 4 upstairs rooms, hallway and to upgrade our staircase. After trying to get quotes from several companies who didn’t even want to come to the house to give a quote, and just wanted us to send pictures to them, we were very discouraged. Then we contacted Mehmet and John who came out to our house three times to answer all of our questions and show us the wood and spindles etc. They also told us how they were going to rebuild our railing. The other companies we contacted just wanted to refinish our old one, which we didn’t want. They told us exactly which day they would start and arrived early each day and worked solidly with a crew of 4 until the job was completed in 3 days! They also came back to deal with some touch-ups the next day. We are very happy with the work, and would definitely choose this company again!

Super professional and everything you would want from your contractor. Gave me a time and date turned up on time finished everything in a day with a large crew. took take of all problems and after made came by for some minor tweaks. I would recommend these to anyone for looking for service as it was painless dealing with them and loved the professionalism.

After dealing with an unreliable contractor, I had to find someone else to finish the work in the bathroom that I had started. Ercan and his crew were very understanding and came to do the job earlier than discussed which was a pleasant surprise! Sergio was very professional and did a wonderful job on my bathroom. He was able to finish everything very quickly and the quality of the work was amazing.

We used Falcon Flooring for our kitchen and living room, dining room area. I was so extremely pleased with the flooring, that I contacted them again for a quote to remove carpeting and replace with hardwood for our upstairs bedrooms. John immediately replied to my request and came over to give his advice and quote on the job. Mehmet arrived a few days before the work was to be done to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted. The team arrived on time, worked without taking breaks, cleaned the rooms when completed, and were so polite. Thank you once again John and Mehmet for the outstanding work! So very pleased!

From estimates at my house, repeat visit with tiles for colour through installation, Mehmet/ Arcan and crew were customer focused and quality driven. I am very satisfied with their Installation of engineered hardwood. Thorough cleaning, inspection and placing back the shifted furniture before leaving are appropriated.
