In our case GWR was able to fit to an existing Sump Pit cap. In case you are seeing that big black cap and balking, I would imagine most installs would have a smaller diameter hole (just wide enough for the tube).

I'd check other review photos for more common scenarios. This sump pit can still remain sealed and used for regular operation, but we have never needed a sump pump.

My initial radon level was around 300+. For long time I tried to fight it with opening windows and ventilating the house, but no luck. Especially when outside is negative temperature it is very difficult to keep windows open every time. So did some research and asked for radon mitigation service from Great West Radon company. They did very accurate estimation and diagnostics. Installation time took 4 hours. Clean, fast and professional job. Next day radon level dropped to around 7-15 and never go above that level. Great job!
