We discovered Craig's company via an ad in our community magazine.
He gave us an estimate which proved to be spot on. His was the first estimate we received and he gave us advice on what to ask any subsequent Contractor. Craig is extremely reliable, trustworthy and talented. The tile work was extensive (see pictures, which do not show it nearly as good as it should), the attention to detail and perfect alignment are outstanding. We would never hesitate in recommending Craig, and would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is a perfectionist and also maintains an extremely tidy work site. Craig is also highly communicative in ensuring that the scope of work and expectations prior to and during the job are being maintained.
Note: we had completed are own demo / prep / and procured the vast majority of goods/supplies required.

Craig has helped us with various tasks after moving into our first home (drywalling, window caulking, etc.) and recently demolished our old deck. He is communicative and honest about the work that needs to be done, and reliable when it comes to scheduling - a rare find when it comes to general contractors! The work is high quality, and Craig has always been professional in our interactions - he does a great job explaining what he is doing and why. We are happy to have "go-to" contractor we can trust, and highly recommend him to others looking for home help.

Smith Property Renovations has completed a series of projects, in our office and at our residence. This has included partitions, painting and decorating, flooring, landscaping, fencing, and millwork. Had a problem with freezing water pipes and didn’t know how to fix it

Craig was very responsive and knowledgeable. Craig came up with the solution to re-route the pipes away from the external wall and executed the plan over a very short period of time.

Craig built a beautiful solid deck around our front door. The design aspect of this was very thorough, as was the choice of materials. Craig has some great tools, and he was happy to share them with us in the interest of keeping the costs reasonable. It was great to work with him, and we can recommend him very highly.
