Wonderful service! As soon as I have contacted them they immediately responded, answered all of my questions, and scheduled an appointment. The technician came precisely on time, was very kind and patient to explain why the problem has occurred and what are the best ways to avoid it. He also gave me a good advice on how to maintain the washer in the future. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends!

Our 5 year old Samsung dishwasher had been malfunctioning. ARNI answered our request immediately and scheduled an appointment for less than 24 hours later.
The owner Evgeni proved to be a friendly, trustworthy individual with high moral standards that I would recommend to anyone who is leery of run of the mill repair people.
I’m positive that the vast majority of them would have recommended a full pump replacement at more than double the cost, however Evgeni took the time to do thorough diagnostic testing to uncover, and subsequently fix, a few issues that were causing the problems.
I will use ARNI again whenever I have an issue with an appliance.

Our washing machine broke down. Called Arni. They were there the next day! Prompt, reliable and professional. Did what they said they would do and I paid what they said it would cost. I would call them again.

After calling Google recommended companies and getting the run around, searched HomeStars and found ARNI. Called him at 6:30pm and he was here in 45 minutes. Knew what he was doing. Removed the circuit board and showed the blown fuse. Searched for a new board and found one on line. Showed the price and said he would pick it top in the morning. Didn't want payment, was here at 10:15am with the board as promised and completed the installation. He is very talkative, funny, honest and very likeable. I will not call anyone else in he future. No surcharge for credit card. Just can't say enough about this experience. Much more reasonable than others were quoting.

Within 24 hours, had initial visit, parts ordered (heater assembly), and installed! Quick, good explanation of what was wrong, and even advice on things to do in the future.

Washer was not working. Another repair company was not able to diagnose or fix. Arni came right away and spent the time to figure out the problem and fix it on the spot. Very impressed with the service and reasonable price.

Most trustworthy repairman I’ve ever dealt with! He installed water line to my fridge and fixed another problem and gave me lots of good advice! Look nowhere else! He’s your guy! Went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Evgeny was prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.
Ultimately a repair job would have been too costly (Miele parts). Basic service charge was $75. even though he spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem.

Good job on on our Dryer! Heater conked out. Roller was cracked. He replaced it. Came back a week later at no cost to address a belt issue related to the first problem.
