SERVICES: MODULATING HIGH-EFFICIENCY FURNACE: Is like highway driving, making slight operating adjustments while achieving maximum efficiency. This new condensing furnace with a modulating gas valve operates with more finesse to reduce temperature fluctuations, providing consistent indoor temperature, quiet operation, and an annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE) of 97.4%. TWO STAGE HIGH EFFICIENCY FURNACE: Unlike traditional furnaces that turn on and run at full capacity with each demand for heating. Two-stage furnaces start out by running in its first stage, which uses only about 68% of its capacity. This reduced capacity is sufficient enough to warm your home on those mild winter days. When the temperature outside drops, the furnace will meet the extra demand by adjusting to the second stage heating cycle. Variable speed brushless DC motors: Have intelligent technology that monitor incoming data from the blower and adjust accordingly so you can feel confident that your system is working to keep you comfortable. A DC motor uses substantially less electricity to move the same amount of air. HIGH-EFFICIENCY NATURAL GAS FURNACES: Also known as a condensing furnace, is the most efficient furnace available, because it provides your home with ideal heating comfort while using less energy than other models. High-efficiency furnaces are designed to extract additional heat from natural gas and, when they do, the flue gases condense, or turn to water - hence, the name condensing furnace. CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONERS: The efficiency of air conditioners is often rated by the Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER). The higher the SEER rating of a unit, the more energy efficient it is. Air conditioners with 14.5 seer rating and higher are eligible to receive government rebates. FIREPLACES: Either they are direct vent or inserts. Direct vent fireplaces are designed to be vented directly out the outside wall. Inset fireplaces are designed to be inserted into an existing wood burning fireplace. A chimney liner is required to be installed with an insert fireplace. Spent $265 to replace a faulty capacitor for a Lennox furnace. Also had problem with the blower and was quoted $900 for a replacement blower plus $395 for labour. I called an authorized Lennox service shop and got it done for $720 including labour. Overall, I am happy with the service level but price is on the high side.

Company Response: Thank you so much, Savio, for your feedback. Please note that when the technician arrived, the furnace did not operate at all. He checked all components and diagnosed the issue; then, as we repair equipment at the minimum cost, the technician only replaced the capacitor of the blower motor, so the furnace could start to operate, and your heat was back. He notified you that the blower motor is noisy, but still working, and we might need to replace it in the future.
Regarding the price, we have never quoted you an official estimate for the blower motor replacement because it was still working. The technician just guessed that the repair cost could be around $900, including the original part and labour from the Lennox Manufacture.
I hope you have installed the original part to avoid any issues in the future. Thanks again for your feedback.

My furnace was short cycling and had a hard time heating my home, so I contacted Infiniti Air based on excellent google review. I'm glad I did. I scheduled the appointment via phone and Paul showed up to check out my furnace. I walked him through my problem and he began to check every aspect of my furnace thoroughly and ran several tests to confirm. At the end, his diagnosis was my inducer motor was malfucntioning. I was a little skeptical at first, because my furance is only 5 years old and the motor didn't make any noise. Having said that, I took his recommendation to replace motor. The replacement took 2 hours including all checks. Now my furance is running as expected and I'm happy I've found Infiniti Air. The team did the great job.

Furnace was not working, a quick look and it was determined the circuit board was broken. Serviceman went back to the office and looked up to see if my furnace was under warranty, it was. The part was ordered and was repaired within days.

Yearly Furnace Check

Just moved into this 22 yr old home, and wanted the furnace checked. Fully expecting I would be told the furnace is old and needs to be replaced, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the furnace is working fine, no issues. The tech was friendly, walked me through what he was doing, and what I needed to do to maintain the furnace. He told me not to replace what isn't broken, saying the old furnace runs better than many new ones.
