John did a fine job of dealing with the re hook up of our gas service in a professional manner. Given that the gas company has to supply the street to house gear, John and his team was tasked with hooking up the new meters, to the buildings. He not only did that work, but tested the hook up, and did the re-start and checks of all appliances.

John from Blackjack called me with minutes of my request for service and attempted to walk me through a fix over the phone to get heat on immediately. Unfortunately a new part was needed but John came verified the problem, obtained the part, and installed it quickly. Super friendly, great service and a great price.

John is awesome to deal with. He replaced my furnace, ac unit and HW tank all in the same day. His installation was excellent and when finished, his clean up was awesome. His follow up with me was excellent. He sent in all of my equipment registrations for warranty and explained my rebates. It's the first time I can remember feeling that good about spending that kind of money.

John was super helpful in the installation of my smart thermostat. When I needed more help, he was able to help me over a phone call and text without charging me for it. John is an exceptional professional and I will recommend him for this Kind of work to everyone. Thanks very much John!

I just bought a house and didnt know how to work my aircon - I went to Homestars for a service request, figuring I would need to pay someone to show me how to work it. John from Blackjack called me 5 minutes after I submitted the request, and he patiently walked me through the process to save me a service call. Blown away by the service and will definitely be using Blackjack in the future for all my aircon needs!

They were able to fit me in with a bit of a constrained schedule, which I really appreciated. The work looks great and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend!
