Great Customer Service. Immediate call back and schedule a great technician- Yash at the time I requested.

Having used TickTockTech several times in the past, having been very satisfied, we called for help with an IPhone. Specifically asked for someone familiar with IPhone and email on it - was promised a tech who would get the job done. The tech who arrived, stated that he did not use IPhone, and didn't like it. He played with the phone for an hour, it seemed to be working as wanted, however, my husband is the user and is in the hospital, so would not know for sure until he had it back - I have NO experience with IPhone, could only go with what the tech showed me. At the end of the day, it is not working as wanted. Very disappointed with the results of a $100 visit!!!

Gave my brother's high end gaming system to my grandson and after 4 months, the power supply fried. Because of Covid, the tech (in Ottawa) came to my house to pick up the tower, diagnosed it and gave an estimate of approx $350. He replaced the power supply, tested the computer and delivered it back to my house. Came in at $360. He was friendly, knowledgeable, had good communication and efficient.

The tech and tickTock tech saved my job.... or help me secure my job that i'm currently working. My computer wasn't booting up at all and was sitting on a blank screen. In desperation I called random places and everyone wanted 2 to 3 days to fix. These guys came on-site and did some diagnosis magic, swapped a chip in the motherboard and viola!

They also got rid of excess moisture from my computer... I don't know how that happened but all working now.

I made it to my interview on time and saved my bacon! I owe you because my Ontario experience is better with your super fast help!
