These guys are great. Yong repaired and waterproofed two old balconies in our building in four days. The balconies were 35 years old and had never been waterproofed. There was extensive rot and termite damage that only became evident after Yong opened up the decking. The price was very reasonable. They did everything they promised and went over and above the contract specifications. Would highly recommend them.

Yong came out promptly to quote a wet basement problem. He was very thorough in his evaluation and explanation of the problem. He concluded that we needed new weeping tile and a deeper sump pit to hold all of our water. He came out the morning of the job and 3 workers worked for a day getting the job finished. They climbed in and out of a basement window well so as not to mess up my house. The job was completed 4 months ago and it has stopped raining and we are dry! .
