Dr. Shine Windows and Eaves Cleaning

Had a great experience with Shine. We moved into our house last June, and during spring time noticed rainfall would overflow the gutters. I put in a request on HomeStars, received a call from Patrick within about an hour. Had a brief but thorough discussion with a good quote. They scheduled us in 2-3 weeks leaving plenty of notice. On the day of they were a bit behind schedule but texted ahead to let me know. Once they arrived, surveyed the perimeters and gutters, gave us some options, did a great job. Definitely would recommend and would use again next time we need gutters done!

This was our third time using doctor shine to clean our windows. Stephen does a great job and would recommend this company to my friends and family as they are very diligent with their service. thanks again for your hard work.

First time using this company. So disappointed. First day was 1 hour late, they were tied up with issues at the first job. I rescheduled to the next day, making sure I'm the first appointment in the morning....again half hour late.
The office said the guy would take pictures of the gutters and do a water test after the job, but Stephen, who came to do the cleaning, refused to take pictures and refused to do a water test.
I would never use this company again or recommend it to my friends.

2nd year using this company. Stephen agreed to last years price of 113.00 for this years job. The man arrived on time and worked for slightly more than one hour. I then received an email from Stephen telling me that the price will go up to $150 + tax next year since I had done work on my roof and the leaves were harder to clean. Nonsense! The roof has not been touched for three years. 150 + tax for an appreciated job yet still menial task of cleaning leaves. Do it myself next year or find a more honest service provider.

Also, no photo evidence provided to us of the cleaned eaves before and after.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The quote seemed alright at the time and for the length of time he said it would take but when he got here to do the work it took literally less than an hour and he still charged me for a half days work. I should have said something at the time but I was so shocked that I just paid him. My husband was not impressed when I told him when he got home from work. I was definitely taken advantage of and I'm sure Stephon knows it.

Osman did the cleaning for our Eaves today and he did such a wonderful job. We have such old eaves and he caulked every leaking joint, cleaned unnecessary hanging wires from roof, clicked pictures and explained us all the existing problems with the eaves and also suggested workarounds till we can replace them. I am so satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend it to anyone anytime. Osman was very kind, polite and knowledgeable.

They came in, got on a ladder, and cleaned my eavestroughs. Straightforward job, quick and efficient.

I’ve neglected my eavestrough for 5 years, so I was not surprised that there was a clog and weeds growing.

Stephan was amazing. Very professional from the start. Arrived on time, pleasant to deal with and even made some minor repair work to my eavestrough. Would highly recommend!
