Punctuality, very reasonable price and excellent service.
Jesse and his colleague arrived when they said they would, and got to work cutting down my large dead Maple tree. They used electric tools, so there was no pollution and very little noise. They didn't harm any of the closely surrounding young trees.
The entire job took just a few hours and, upon completion, they thoroughly cleaned up both my backyard and my neighbour's, where some branches had landed.
That was a perfectly prepared and executed job, and I highly recommend Jesse and Canopy Tree Care.

Our experience was excellent from receiving the quote to the end of job. Jesse came by promptly in response to my request for a quote, quickly assessed what needed to be done and provided me with a quote which was quite reasonable when compared to others I received. He and his team arrived as scheduled and did all the work agreed to in an efficient manner and ensured the property was cleaned up when they left. The actual invoice received was less than the agreed upon quote as Jesse noted that a couple of the trees he pruned required less work and time than he had originally thought. That was a very pleasant and appreciated surprise. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly use them again.

I contacted Canopy Tree Care for a quote regarding the removal of a large, dead tree, removing a large section of a 2nd tree and pruning several others away from my roof. I received an email response the same day. The owner quickly scheduled a visit for the next day to look over my trees and discuss options. He provided a detailed quote the following day.

The workers arrived on time and promptly went to work removing the large, dead tree, this was accomplished in a few hours. They made sure to secure the large limbs with ropes as to not damage any property. The pruning was done with the same care and all limb debris was cleaned up from my yard.

I highly recommend Canopy Tree Care, they provide professional service and their prices are more than reasonable. I contacted several companies for quotes with one charging approximately double what Canopy charged.

Jesse and his partner came out to cut down a dead cedar and cherry blossom tree. They also trimmed a third tree. They were quick and efficient. They also cleaned up all the debris and took it with them. However, I'm giving them a 9/10 because after they left, I noticed other trees on our property that needed trimming. I wish they had pointed that out to me since they're the experts. Now it will have to wait until next spring. But I won't hesitate to hire them again and nor should you!

Excellent service! Very responsive from the beginning. Jesse and his team showed up on time and were very courteous. They were patient removing my small dead tree and took care to clean up after they finished. Will recommend and use them again when I'm ready to replant.

Canopy Tree care was wonderful. I asked them to quote for an apple tree that looked like it needed to have a huge portion of it removed. Jessie was very thorough in his exam and said the branch was not rotten and the tree just fine. They did an outstanding job at pruning and advising. They cleaned up everything and even raked my back lawn for me. Wow. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Had a basic tree pruning job in the city. Tree in the backyard had broken/dead branches and a tree on my front lawn was encroaching on power lines. I submitted a request for quotes, and Jesse from Canopy Tree Care came out promptly. He gave me a very reasonable quote on the job and ultimately ended up being very competitive price wise.

Jesse scheduled for a week out and arrived on time. He carefully moved any patio furniture in the way and was careful not to damage any property. He pruned the tree carefully, removing low-hanging and dead branches but only taking off what was necessary. He cleaned up all the branches and left the property spotless. He also negotiated with the neighbours to go on their property to pick up some fallen branches and cleaned up their yards.
