Hassle free, replaced an old air conditioner with a heat pump because of government rebate. Tracy was very helpful in explaining the process, arranged the audit and installation date. The technicians also showed professional and pointed out my previous air conditioner installation used a sub standard electrical wiring. Definitely worth 5 stars.

My house only had baseboard heaters. I contacted over 12 companies on September - Novermber 2022 to install the air ducts, a furnace and a heat pump. Many companies didn't know well how to work with a heat pump at that time, many tried to push me to sell the ductless heat pump, but with the canadian winter after months of research I decided to go with a hybrid system - gas furnace and electric heat pump - all from Bosch. Joseph was very knowledgeable, he had a great technical staff. I decided to install the furnace in my crawling space, so the furnace had to be in the horizontal position, many companies had difficulty with this setup and not enough expertise to do it properly.

The Eco Star team did install the furnace in the horizontal position and made sure to use the correct installation parts for this setup. The brand new Bosch heat pump had problems. Eco Star helped me all the time, they intermediated the communication with Bosch, got another brand new unit and installed, no additional charges or expenses. I also had some questions about the operation, they always prompted replied to my emails and phone calls.

They provide an amazing support after the sale was completed and the product installed. I am writing this review as a recognition of their high level commitment to their clients and great professionalism.

Speaking with sales representative Sam , he was professional sales person with Win-Win idea for my solution. It was obvious choice to go with him as he had all the answers to the questions I had . We went over the recommendation to make sure we have correct model and size as well confirming available inventory.

I am very satisfied so far with furnace especially with the superior installers Hans and Hoa, Perfect Team, well organized, professional, superior workmanship (I know of one when I see one), very detailed and precised, understanding customer and accommodating, I am running out of words for praise the the installers. They informed us all the way about their work as well doing their superior work, not a perfectible of garbage left behind...

The problem with Ecostar is a long wait for them to call back when there is an emergency. but it is worth the wait. I was red tagged by Enbridge after they installed a new meter. The leak problem was really caused by the installation and it came from outside into the house. So if you have any emergency/repair/installation. go to ecostar and ask for HANS. I later found out he replaced furnace/air/conditioner/water and other minor things for my brother. He was happy dealing with Hans too.
