The technician alerted me to a broken bolt on one side of the garage, and a bolt nearly severed on the opposite side. I’m not quite sure what would have happened if both bolts broke, but it could have been a disaster. The tech was prompt, courteous and explained the process. He also explained the ramifications if the bearings weren’t replaced. The problem was fixed and I am very happy with the level of service.
