For many years my wife and I resisted the idea of building a new home due to the experience others had with long delays and significant cost overruns. We came to the conclusion the new home industry could not budget for time or costs in any effective way leaving the customer at risk to huge unplanned expenses. Still wanting a new home our research led us to Sanza Homes design and build, a company we had heard from a friend of ours. We spoke with couple of their past customers who were thrilled with their homes and after construction service. The most important feedback was the fact Sanza Homes was on budget and on time. We contacted Sanza’s project managers Saeed and Sep, to discuss our plans and seek to their opinion on what we wanted to do. We quickly felt confident in his open and transparent approach. We worked with the Sanza design team who were outstanding (thank you all, especially Nafiseh) who designed a house far beyond our own vision. The Build team were amazing: on time, great attention to detail and fun to work with. Sanza brings together the best people and then coordinates the build process to ensure quality, timeliness and budget accuracy. The final product is amazing and in fact award winning! We moved in a week before scheduled and the cost was as budgeted: incredible how the process was as promised and far beyond our expectations. My wife and I are thrilled with the end results, our friends were amazed and other custom home builders who have seen the home told me they could not have built our home in the same time frame for the cost we paid. We really enjoyed working with Sanza Homes team on our home renovation. From the planning and architecture phase to the execution of the work, everything ran so smoothly thanks to their wonderful team and process driven system. Their onsite project managers were so friendly, knowledgeable and supportive through the renovation/construction. In addition to Sanza Homes team, each of their sub-contractors were extremely professional and experts at their craft. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! We will absolutely be working with them on any future projects.

I needed to completely remodel my old garage which was in pretty bad condition. I saw work from Sanza Homes at my neighbor garage and i liked it very much so I wanted to hire them if they offer would be reasonable. I set up a meeting and their offer was very acceptable so we made a deal. I was surprised how responsible are people from this company, they will do anything for customer satisfaction. I knew that remodeling may be complicated but they made it so easy for me. At the end they did exactly what I wanted, my garage is now perfect! Great contractor!!

Sanza Homes made our basement the most beautiful part of our house. We found the Sanza staff incredibly charming, professional, and trustworthy. I love the design that Mahsa (their interior designer) prepared for us and the outcome turned out beautifully.
Sanza did a basement reno for us, giving us the most luxurious great rec/TV room, store room, new bathroom, etc. Great work from them: organized, scheduled, excellent communications. They finished on time & under budget! We would hire them again.

When looking for a contractor, there were two key things that were critical for us as we embarked on our significant lower level renovation: 1/ Candor & trust – we wanted to ensure we could have open conversations throughout the process and 2/ Quality of work – our preference was to do it once and do it right. It was important to find a partner who believed in the same philosophy even if that meant extra time / extra effort if that led to the best long-term solution.

Sanza Homes (run by partners Saeed and Sep) truly delivered on our expectations and we would happily work with them again. They completed a full lower level “gut” and transformed it into a high-quality, extremely efficient and beautiful living space. Being a home that is over 70 years old, there were some unforeseeable ‘surprises’ along the way but throughout the process, we felt information was shared transparently and our best interests were always top of mind. And on top of everything, Saeed and Sep are just fantastic people! The entire experience was exception!

Phenomenal experience! Saeed runs a first class operation from providing an initial estimate through to project execution. Trades that came into our home were respectful and very professional. We were glad to have Saeed as our General Contractor and had to get him involved in resolving disputes with our kitchen contractor which was outside of his scope. He has had a number of recommendations that made sense and we proceeded with (reinforcing main floor with plywood and advice on trim options). In addition (and unfortunately) he has helped us identify construction issues with our only 10 year old home that we recently purchased!

We’ve added a number of items to his scope of work based on our positive experience and look forward to seeing that through to completion as well!

We had just finished a major home renovation with Sanza Homes. It was a real pleasure to work with project managers Saeed, Sep, and their team. They are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and organized. I felt I was very well taken of from beginning to end. We spent about 3 months agreeing on budget, design, materials, and timeline before construction.
Once construction started, they sent honest weekly progress updates. I didn’t have to worry too much about the renovation at all. Instead, I learned a lot about construction, and I really enjoyed watching how everything came back together after the demolition each step of the way.
They have great respect of their client’s home. I could not live at home during the renovation, but it was kept clean and tidy the entire time. My home was finished on time, and it looks fantastic. The workmanship is excellent. Most importantly, I have a peace of mind knowing my home was updated properly inside and out. I feel very lucky and happy I chose Sanza to do my very first home renovation. They took care of everything in detail, and made sure everything is done up to code. They are very hard working, has great customer service, and reliable. If I have a chance to do another renovation, or home project, I’d call Sanza Homes again!

Every single person who has walked into my new home for the first time has stopped in their tracks and simply said wow! That's how I feel everyday.
Sanza Homes has designed and built a house that is uniquely mine but also universally appealing.
Each room has at least one unique design element that was designed specifically by Sanza Homes to add that little extra (see my pix of fireplace, dining room wall, etc.)
I have enjoyed bragging about features that became trendy after I had already enjoyed them in my house for a while.

We hired Sanza Homes to build an addition to my home. Although I contacted almost ten contractors I decided to go with Sanza, they just seemed to be most reliable for that job. They were great from start to finish of the project. We received weekly status reports and they were very informative.
The project was finished ahead of scheduled and the quality is excellent. I will definitely recommend Sanzahomes for anyone looking for quality and reliability.
