The company Empire/ the owner was refered by one my friend. He is one of the best reference i got. He is super friendly and professional. The pricing also very competitive. Since my roof is flat in shape and i am facing ice dame issue, he went above and beyond to resolve... He connected me to right resources and provide his recomendations.

I was worried about the condition of my roof after a bad wind storm as I've experienced water damage in the past. I called the company that installed my shingles years prior (not Empire) to request a quote on a repair and was told that the work they did was past warranty, they weren't taking on any repair work, and suggested that I find another contractor! I did just that -- Empire Co. I was surprised at how quickly Empire responded to my request and they had a representative at my home within hours of contacting them. I'm so thankful that I contacted Empire and I now have a new roofer and can forget those other guys.

3am wake-up to water dripping on the bed, called Ladi the next morning and he came right over to check out the issue. Turned out to be raccoon damage as well as a poor roof job done 10 years ago by another roofer. Ladi and the crew came the next day in 40 degree heat to replace the roof properly and new vents. After the job was done I noticed a piece of siding had popped open that needed a screw and Ladi assured me that they will come back to fix it. Thanks for the timely repair Empire crew!

A sudden storm with high winds tore off roof shingles and left som gaping holes. Water was entering the top floor ceiling.
A crew was sent out within hours of when the rain subsided. They waterproofed the room, and came back later in the week to properly apply matching shingles.
