Nayab flooring did a great job on our floor. From start to finish he was dedicated to the project, worked diligently and paid attention to details. He replaced our previous floor with engineered hardwood and kept his work area clean and tidy. The finished floor was stunning.

We hired Nayab flooring and the start was good and he did good job. He is excellent in his work,, the problem is he will try to cut corners and you cannot completely rely on him. He wasnt interested to do final touch ups and considered the job was finished, and I had to follow up with him. You need to be aware how the work needs to be done otherwise he will leave final detailings if you completely leave it all on him. He did not install the bottom edges on sides of the stair case and gave the impression that it is like that. I then checked the staircase of one of my friends that was not done by Nayab and had to show him. Otherwise he left it for us to do that border, and we paid him his desired price what he himself asked that was not cheap.
The final work was good, but you just need to check his work otherwise he will cut corners and not do final finishing.

Highly recommend Nayab Flooring , their attention to detail is outstanding. They completed the job in a timely manner and in fact completed the entire job before we received quotes back from other contractors! Nayab travelled almost 2hrs to do the hardwood flooring in our house. He had his assisstant arrived on time (with masks). They are respecful and very clean. THey did a awesome job and would recommend.

Nayab was recommended by our neighbour to replace our staircase, and he did such a great job. Nayab was friendly and professional, communicated very well, was very easy to work with, was always on time, and the end product is excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently, his finishing touches were great, and we couldn’t be happier with our new staircase. He also did a very good job matching the stain colour to our 30 year old hardwood floors.

Nayab was simply fantastic. He did all the work himself, arrived promptly and was interested in doing the job right. He did our circular stairs upper level staircase as well as the basement stairs. His attention to detail was fantastic and he always took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. At the end of each day the house was left clean and living through the renovation was easy. He colour matched the stair stain perfectly with the rest of the house and to be honest his work looks better then the hardwood floors that he had to stain match.

A true craftsman. I would highly recommend him and use his services again. In fact my neighbors were so impressed they hired him to do theirs as well.
