COMFORT GARAGE & DOORS INC.

I found and hired Comfort Doors to replace one of our old garage motors we have had for over 30 years.

I contacted Comfort Doors via the phone number listed on his website, and Sof answered right away. I explained what I was looking for and he obviously knew his craft inside and out. He suggested an affordable motor which offered all the bells and whistles for a great price.

Sof showed up promptly on the install date with the motor sealed factory new. He upsold me on some rubber rollers for a bit more, but I’m glad we went with them as the door is much quieter when it opens and closes now.

After Sof explained the plan of action (Replace Motor, Spring, and rollers etc), he and his assistant Ramil quickly got to work and spent the next couple of hours doing their thing.

After they were done, I was pleasantly surprised to learn Sof reinforced our loose track free of charge. He also oiled everything up with a nice thick layer of oil.

The motor works wonderfully and is much more silent than our old set up.

I had a concern about the motor, and Sof came over the next day to address it.

If and when we plan to have more garage door work I plan to hire Comfort Doors as the experience was great and Sof is the epitome of a small business owner, he’s personal and cares about the quality of work over the bottom line.
