Excellent Service, Responsive, Honest and Knowledgeable
Tony responded to my Homestars request very quickly and contacted me for information on my problem so he could come prepared. He kept in touch around arrival. He wore a mask the whole time and was friendly and explained everything he was doing to assess the issue with my oven. Instead of jumping to a new part need, he cleaned contacts on the mainboard and then tested several time to make sure it worked. Service call only and oven works perfectly!
