Hey I'm not an easy gal to please yet I can't say enough greatness about my choice for D2Build to remodel my kitchen and renovate the basement bathroom. What truly impressed me is that my intentions were heard and with the experience and expertise of Jim and Phil my dreams came true. I'm truly impressed with the time lines given and the fair prices. Absolutely terrific. I refer to these guys as my 'Dream Team'.

Absolutely impressed! From beginning to end of my kitchen renovation I felt completely at ease with Phillip and Jim. They were supportive and understood my vision and were able to bring it to life. They shared their professional opinions and provided many options for us to choose from. More importantly, they gave us complete autonomy to make final decisions which I really appreciated. This team saved us from an emergency on a holiday weekend, fixing a burst pipe and doing some emergency work. Their team is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and professional and you can trust their advice. I am planning a large renovation and will be using them.

We hired Jim and his team to do a small job in a home as part of a preparation for an estate settlement. (removal of a disability elevator - previous occupant was disabled). Jim and his partner Phillip were very courteous and pleasant at the first meeting, and were able to back up their reasonable quotation. The work crew did the job safely and quickly and cleaned up. Thanks to Jim, Phillip, Don, Peter and the rest of the team on site.

We dreaded the thought of renovating our home. We have heard so many horror stories of how badly things can go. We asked Jim to renovate our detached bungalow and he did not disappoint. Jim is a very knowledgeable contractor. He brings so much much experience into his projects. He knows what to prioritize and where your money is best spent. Most of all, he has incredible integrity. When unexpected issues arise he is amazing at problem solving and works hard to find the most cost effective solution. He is definitely someone you can trust to do his very best to make you happy with the end result. We would not hesitate to recommend Jim to any family member or friend.

Jim is the best contractor I have ever hired for a job. He designed and built an entire home renovation for my current home. If there was ever any issue he would resolve immediately, even 2 years later!
