Master Heating came to the rescue when one of my rental propertied did not have heat. They came by the ssme day i requested the service, and were extremely transparent about their quotes - ended up being cheaper than the quote the building had provided me.

Laiqe was a real professional, called me about 1 minute after I put a service request on Homestars, was at my home later that morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue was a defective pressure sensor, even handled picking up the part from the supplier using my warranty info.

Laique from Master Heating and Cooling was a few minutes late but it only took an hour to fix our air conditioning. He did an excellent job and the house is now cool. We spent a week trying to get our original supplier of this 4.5 year old system (that is still under warranty) to come and repair it with no response. It was really great to have a company that answers their phones, schedules an appointment, responds quickly and fixes the problem in one visit. Great job guys
