TRUE NORTH MULTI-TRADE INC.

I had True North install a new Napoleon furnace and A/C unit at my home in June of 2019. After doing a great deal of research into different companies I was convinced to go with True North after seeing a similar installation in my neighbourhood. Being a large investment, I was nervous about choosing the right product and installation - I can now say that I made an excellent choice with True North. Richard was knowledgeable about the options that were right for my home and patient in explaining the products and installation processes. After I decided on the Napoleon units that I wanted Richard was able to begin the installation in less than a week (since we had no working A/C that was truly appreciated!). Richard and his team worked very hard to make sure that the installation was correct - going so far as to create some custom modifications and upgrades to the installation area at no extra charge. I got the clear impression that they took a lot of pride in their work and went the extra mile for us. Now, after using the A/C all summer with no issues and I've fired up the furnace a few times, I have no problem to give a perfect score to this work that was done by True North Multi-trade. I definitely recommend and I would use them again.
