Andy noticed I was trying to take a photo of his service vehicle to capture the contact info and he politely offered me a business card. He returned my call promptly and an appointment was quickly arranged.

Andy is gem of a person who is willing to go out of the way for the customer. Throughly professional will give genuine advice. They have my business for life. I have been using their services for over 3 years now and I will not trust anyone other than Andy for my HVAC.

They did the basic him I asked to remove a pipe. But when I asked to install a valve they made it a big deal. I'm busy running a business so wasn't able to guide them which is what was needed. Overall they'll do your work quick and effectively but don't think outside the box.

Andy was his usual compentent self.Never have had an air conditioning company that has been so reliable for some 6 or 7 years now.They have also handled our daughter in Guelph with a new air conditioner and she in turn has referred other people to the company.

People at Modify Air are great. Very helpful and responsive. We just had our boiler cleaned and they did an excellent job. Very thorough. They also looked after our air conditioner in the spring and were very responsive to our sevicing needs. I would definitely recommend Modify Air.

Andy and the people at Modify Air were fantastic! I replaced an electric oven with a Gas unit and I needed a exterior gas line run from my basement, through the outside wall and up about 15' to the second floor and into my Kitchen.

Andy came out for a quote and explained my options (there were a few different ways the line could have been run) and clearly broke down the pros and cons of each path. Turns out the original path I had in mind wasn't suitable, and Andy did a great job of explaining why.

I'll be installing a new fireplace before winter comes and I'll absolutely be calling Modify Air for that job.

Dryer blower vent was vibrating.
Cleaned out all the lint and tightened to the vent so the loud vibration was eliminates

We called Modify Air to install a new Water Heater. Milad explained to us our options and what type of heater to get for our needs very throughly. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood why we are making the choice instead of overpaying for another model recommended by another company. The installation appointment was set about a week later. Andy came and installed the heater within one working day and we had hot water again. 10/10

A couple months from that the Furnace started leaking water and pooling on the floor. We requested Andy from last time and he came a day later. The furnace was fixed and works fine now. 10/10

I can confidently say that Milad and Andy run a honest business. They will answer your questions throughly and make sure you understand. They were almost always on time, and if there was a delay they would give you a heads up in advance. The prices quoted (water heater + installation + furnace repair) are very fair. Would recommend to anyone.
