James and his team were incredible to work with! All of the trades who partnered on the project were professional, quiet (I work from home and hardly had any noise), and efficient. This was a full bathroom addition with plumbing needing to be roughed in. The process was quick, fully completed within 4 weeks but most of the work completed in 3 weeks (aside from shower glass that needed to be ordered). They are friendly and communicative and the quality of work is top notch. Would definitely recommend and use again in future! Thanks for all your support during the reno!

My wife and I couldnt be happier with the work James and his crew did at our house to remove a structural wall. It turned out fantastic! We love how open it is now between our kitchen and living room and dining room. The thing I appreciated most with James is that he is really happy to think of creative solutions rather than just create more work that doesnt need to be done. Multiple contractors wanted us to rip out our flooring but James came up with such a simple solution, which we were so happy with. He said hes not trying to gouge anyone and offers honest, fair prices and I can confirm he stands by his word. That really meant a lot to us.

We also really appreciated the conversations with his entire crew: Adam, Justin, and Jack are all incredibly hard workers, and just a pleasure to see on the daily.

From first contact with James, I've had nothing but a great experience. He stayed in contact, followed up with me and kept me informed of timelines and how things progressed. Very professional approach. Justin, Jack and all of the subcontractors he worked with were brilliant as well.

The renovation itself exceeded our expectations. The room had to be completely gutted, floor leveled, new drywall in places and ceiling plastered.

Living space increased, Home Value increased. We are delighted to party in the basement and ma boys were sad their hockey rink was gone but happy that they now have their vinyl soccer ground.

James and his team turned what was a small, office space into a three piece bathroom. Our house is very old - built in 1905 - and James knew that we wanted to have a fully functioning bathroom with old school charm. His crew members made suggestions along the way that we greatly appreciated; a custom shower, light grey grout versus black, tile that looks like wood but is safe for a bathroom. James was in constant communication with us, understanding when we were not available (we have small children, so this was very helpful). James and his team gave us a beautiful bathroom that our family can benefit from in the short term as well as the long term, regarding re-sale value. Should we choose to do any other home renovations, we will definitely be using James and his team again.

Outstanding! James and his crew worked diligently renovating my condo with a new bathroom, all new doors and trim, baseboards and closets. The workmanship is exceptional, the tiles are perfect, trim looks like one continuous piece and they were in constant communication throughout. They cleaned up at the end of everyday and left the space spotless at the end of the project!
