I am glad that home stars allow the clients to leave a review, it is the only thing for us to do at this point. Venoth, our contact person working in this company has ignored our calls and e-mails. It started 2 years ago and until this moment, we have no idea what is the status of our construction application or when it is going to be approved. We don't know if we need to seek legal consultation, hire another architect and start all over again or just wait! We almost gave up on our plans. Last year he was more responsive, and told me that his team is busy, so I understood the reason for the delays, I used to wait for a short while, sometimes weeks, but I get a call back or e-mail reply, but now, it is just radio silence for a long while now that I am really worried, anyway I really hope he is ok. I will let you know all know when we get more info from him or anyone from this company, but I just thought to warn you all so just be careful.

Responsive and quality service, quick turnaround time no delays, only one revision required to get the project passed. Fairly charged for high quality service. Highly recommend for any engineering project.

We contacted Venoth to help with drawings required for our basement unit permit. The city was challenging to work with given all the changes required to meet the bylaw requirements. Thankfully, Venoth was very responsive and quick to incorporate amendments so our project could move along as planned. He also provided so many great recommendations to maximize the space.
