Absolutely the worst possible company! DO NOT let them do anything for you or you WILL regret it!
We had a contract with them on yard landscaping, including retaining wall, stairway with platforms and flower beds, yard grading and driveway water drainage. It seemed reasonably priced and they were rewarded the job in March...and it's our nightmare ever since!
They started working as soon as they got the contract, took our money, made a big mess (destroyed our drive way in preparation for the water drainage, destroyed our existing retaining wall for rebuilding, destroyed our existing grading for stairway) and then literally, not coming back for another 4 months!
When they finally returned, they did everything NOT according to the contract and drawing. They claimed that's what we paid for, and if we'd like to have whatever the contract entails, we need to pay extra! On top of that, they claimed that the price did not include any equipments (???) so it falls to our responsibility to rent loaders/excavators for them to use! Ridiculous!
But with everything laid waste for months and they already took our money, we had little choice but agree. When they finally started working, things got even worse!
- workers know no English.
- workers were careless and wreck quite a number of things. They destroyed part of our flat roof causing water leak, inspection hole for septic drain and clogged the whole system, electrical lines to well pump, main water supply line to the house...list just goes on and on! And worst of all, they wouldn't reimburse for the damage done!
- workers left compose garbage everywhere and attracted zillions of flies (broken beer bottle, watermelon skin, leftover food, etc). Workers wouldn't clean up construction garbage either leaving those to rot on site!
- We've contacted the company and demand remedification. They never agreed to fix anything, and always delay with the response "these will be restored before completion".
Last but not least, they left the job unfinished, along with garbage and mess and claimed to return 2 months later! We contacted the company regarding this matter, and was basically given two options: just wait for our turn because they are busy, or pay even more money. We find this too outrageous to accept, and then they revoked the contract!
Again, I cannot emphasize enough, this is absolutely the worst possible company! DO NOT let them do anything for you!

Hi, it's because of the COVID-19, the government restricts construction works from March to May. We delivered more than $8,000 materials while we just received $5000. We made the agreement for the restarting date in June as we had to reschedule everything. We paid the rental cost for excavator, it deducted from our balance. We respect everyone and hope to be respected. Some workers cannot speak English, but they shouldn't be discriminated while you could also speak Mandarin. They were hardly worked in the summer high temperatures while you were never showing some kindness to bring some water.
We found some waterproof problem for ur existing house and kindly gave the suggestions. Also new added projects should be paid following new agreement.
Sorry for broke water pipe and one electrical wire. They were buried shallowly and on the way of construction. We provide labor for helping you to fix.
We should try to keep clean and neat all the time, although it is very hard for heavy duty works outside in disaster high temperature.
All my workers refused to work for you and we agreed to ended the agreement with around huge unpaid balance. We could only work for several months every year and do not want to waste time anymore.
Although it's never expected, but sometime it's really happened.
