Erion from Universe Roofing Ltd. came and gave us a quote to replace our roof. He told us if they had to replace plywood it would be extra. We asked for premium shingles and roof vents, and we got exactly what we wanted. We were charged exactly what we were quoted along with some sheets of plywood, which we knew would need to be replaced. They did the job when they said they would. They cleaned up nicely and our roof looks amazing!

Were recommended by my co-worker. Came around with 1-2 days to do the inspection, with photos. Fully discussed my different options/recommendations. Explained, with samples, the materials to be used including underlay and flashings, etc. Although it
was the busiest time of year, my roof was worked into the bookings because of signs of leakage inside the house. I had expected to wait 4-6 weeks, but was taken care of quite quickly. The day of the job, I came home to the new roof, all changes discussed completed, and virtually no sign that they had even been there. There was nothing out of place, ABSOLUTELY NO DEBRIS. Where do I begin? Erion was very patient with my indecisiveness. I was having a great deal of difficulty choosing a shingle that best suited my house from the shingle samples displayed on the shingle boards. Knowing I couldn't make a decision he suggested that I take a look at some of the neighbouring homes in my area to help me with making my decision. That's all I needed to do because once I could visually see what the samples looked like on a house I quickly made my selection. Erion and his crew were professional, efficient, and very tidy. Once the job was completed there was no evidence that they were even there. My property was thoroughly cleaned! Awesome job, and my new roof looks great!
