I feel lucky that I "found" Zak when I bought a house in the area.
He is now my "go to person". He provided various plumbing-related services over a 3-year period such as new sink, sump pump and other installations, faucet/sink issues correction and cleaning and fixing outdoor hose issues + other items as required. He listens and explains properly. I generally do not like people/contractors in my house, but Zak is one of two people who I trust to the extent that he has access to my house when I am away (just in case). Zak never let me down. He is honest, professional and absolutely reliable. Thanks Zak!

Zack quickly diagnosed what the problem might be based on explanation and a picture. When he arrived (on time) - his diagnosis was correct, he quickly rectified the issue and the estimated price he provided was the price it cost. A good experience.
